Many of the visitors to the outdoor exhibition of old photographs, which was held at Parrotts Field over the Bank Holiday weekend, took part in a raffle organised by the Friends of Prestbury.
In return for £2 they had to guess how many named streets and roads there are in the civil parish of Prestbury.
Carol Hamilton, Chairman of the Trustees, said "It was a very interesting question as it gave us a chance, in many cases, to explain the boundaries of the parish. Also, it was a statistic most people had never thought about.
"The correct answer was 90, with the guesses ranging from a low of 20 to a high of 3330."
The first prize was a dinner for two at the Village Restaurant which was won by a resident of Brocklehurst Drive. Second Prize, a £25 voucher from Churchills Dry Cleaning, was won by somebody from Macclesfield and a resident of Broad Walk came third winning six pints of beer at the Admiral Rodney.
Carol added "The Friends of Prestbury Charitable Trust want to thank all those who came to visit the exhibition of a 'Century of Memories of Prestbury' and for the money raised to help us protect, promote and develop our community."
