The
Audit Committee will be responsible for ensuring that the financial performance,
position and prospects of
the Group are properly monitored and reported on and for meeting with the auditors
and discussing their reports
on the accounts and the Group’s internal controls.
The Remuneration Committee will review the performance of the executive Directors,
set their remuneration,
determine the payment of bonuses and consider the grant of options under the
Share Option Scheme and, in
particular, the price per share and the application of performance standards
to any such grant.
